To be absolutely clear: you are investing in my strategic output and creative direction, not unlimited access to my time. While I hold deep space for your holistic integration, this is a highly focused strategic container, not an on-call therapeutic relationship.

Rather than constantly scoping new, disjointed projects, a retainer provides you with consistent, uncompromising leadership. It ensures we have the spaciousness to completely realign your identity and nervous system first, before building the high-level business architecture to sustain it.

Because every visionary and their energetic capacity is unique, my retainers are fully bespoke, tailored to the exact required depth. However, they are all strictly governed by a non-negotiable, two-step alchemical process:

Phase I: Inner Alchemy & Life Architecture (The Human)
Your business must obey the reality of your life. Before we touch a single piece of your marketing, we start with you. We audit your current reality, your energetic capacity, and your nervous system. We align your current self with your highest self, helping you step fully into your sovereign power. We define exactly what your authentic abundance looks like in this season, establishing the fierce boundaries required to protect your peace.

Phase II: Sovereign Implementation & Business Architecture (The Empire)
Once your life architecture is crystal clear, we build the business to hold it. I step in as your Strategic Mentor and Brand Creative Director to ensure every touchpoint reflects your identity upgrade. This includes:

• Identity Mastery & Brand Copywriting: Crafting the exact messaging that channels your authentic magnetism.

• Systems Architecture: Refining or building the back-end funnels and automations that allow your business to breathe.

• Team Supervision: I work closely with you or your implementation team (VA, Social Media Manager) to ensure every step of your strategy is flawlessly executed, acting as the shield that protects your time and energy.

A paramount note on boundaries: I provide the high-level blueprints, the core brand copy, and the creative direction. I do not design Canva templates, schedule social media posts, or manage your inbox. I am the Architect. Your team handles the daily construction under my direct supervision.

The Investment

Because my retainers are deeply bespoke, your investment reflects the exact scope, complexity, and energetic footprint of the architecture required to scale your legacy.

Mentorship retainer partnerships begin at £1,500 per month. This is the absolute minimum baseline financial commitment required to hold deep space for you as a human, while fundamentally restructuring your business.

Following our Alignment Call, your final monthly investment is custom-quoted based on the depth of strategy, creative oversight, and integration your specific vision demands.

Once the foundation is built and stabilised, we can transition to a bespoke long-term Advisory retainer (starting from £1,000 per month) for steady growth and sustained oversight.

True alchemy and sustainable growth cannot be rushed. To ensure your new business architecture is deeply integrated and your nervous system is fully supported through the identity shift, my retainer partnerships require a minimum commitment of 3 to 6 months, depending on the required depth.

From there, many visionaries choose to retain my oversight for 12 months or longer as they steadily scale their legacy.

For highly established founders who require a swift, strategic pivot rather than a complete structural rebuild, I also offer intensive, short-term 1:1 Mentorship containers.

I unapologetically embody the boundaries I preach. To ensure both deep focus and a regulated nervous system for us both, I do not offer 24/7 "on-demand" access.

Our partnership includes scheduled high-level strategy video calls, alongside structured asynchronous communication (via WhatsApp/Voxer) during regular business hours. This allows me to provide thoughtful, integrated oversight rather than reactive, rushed replies.

Not necessarily. If you already have a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Manager, I will seamlessly step in to provide them with the blueprints and creative direction, then supervise their implementation.
